When you need to point the domain name to ALB with A, you find that ALB does not have a fixed IP. 

Therefore, you can rely on the following two methods to allow ALB to obtain a fixed IP. Here comes some example:

1. NLB+ALB

 

If your Application Load Balancer requires a static IP address, it can be registered behind a Network Load Balancer. 

The Network Load Balancer will assign a static IP address and serve as a fixed entry point to your Application Load Balancer.

 


 

2. AGA+ALB

 

Use AWS Global Accelerator to obtain static IP addresses and associate them with ALB
